Shipping Policy

- The current lead-time for made-to-order pieces is 2-3 weeks! Custom orders may take longer as discussed prior to purchase. Please contact me if you need your order by a certain date - I will do everything in my power to make that happen. 

- All pieces are mailed via expedited shipping and you will be notified of your tracking number once your order has shipped.

- Additional duties and taxes may apply at the customers' expense. String Theories Fiber Design will not refund any duties or taxes. If you refuse the shipment, String Theories Fiber Design will not refund the cost of your order.
